How to submit a ticket from the Client Area? Print

Sending tickets using the support system is easy and straight foward. Please follow this steps to send a ticket.
1. Login to the billing control panel (Client Area).
2. Click Submit Ticket from Support Tickets option on main menu in the client area.
3. Select support department and write your request and submit.
That is it. You are done with ticket submission.
